Analyst Relations
Analyst relations are a crucial component of my product marketing strategy. By building and nurturing relationships with industry analysts, I provide the Sales team with the validation they need to be recognized as top contenders in any deal. At times, this involves collaborating with analysts and competitors to create new market categories, offering disruptive solutions to existing problems or addressing emerging challenges.
“Dan is that rare "marketeer" who can create new technology market categories. He did so with Session Border Controllers (SBC's) at NexTone, and he's at it again at Trust Digital with EMM. That's no easy feat in general. It takes awareness of technology trends and how/why something deserves its own special category - and that takes vision. Then you have to work with the press and analysts to convince them the vision is real."
